The sun-soaked beaches of Goa have always been a source of inspiration for artists, and this time, they served as the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable fashion photography workshop. Organized by Rakesh Kurra Modelling Agency and Photography, the workshop was held in the serene and picturesque setting of Agonda Village, known for its pristine shoreline and peaceful ambiance. What made this workshop extra special was the presence of international models, professional stylists, and aspiring photographers from across the country.

The day began at 9 AM at the scenic Orrange Sky Beach Resort, a location that offered a stunning blend of natural beauty and vibrant resort aesthetics—perfect for fashion-themed photo sessions. The energy was electric from the very beginning as photographers set up their gear, excited to begin a day of creativity, learning, and hands-on practice.

Two foreign professional models, Mariia and Dina from Russia, were the highlight of the event. Their dynamic posing skills and professionalism brought a high-fashion edge to every photograph taken during the day. Their look was further enhanced by celebrity makeup artist Mask Raju, who gave both models a distinct beach glam makeover. The combination of flawless makeup, professional lighting, natural sunlight, and the captivating Goan coastline created a dream-like setting for the shoot.

This workshop was not just about clicking beautiful pictures—it was a learning experience designed for photographers who wanted to sharpen their skills in real-world fashion photography scenarios. From understanding the nuances of shooting in natural light to directing professional models and working with stylists and makeup artists, the participants got a comprehensive, hands-on experience that is rarely available in traditional photography classes.

Photographers from different cities—Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and beyond—came together to be part of this one-of-a-kind event. Many were passionate hobbyists, while others were budding professionals eager to expand their portfolios. “Elegant Female Models Shoot Featuring Apoorva Rao & Sindhu Sivaram | Captured by Rakesh Kurra”

We recently completed a female model portfolio shoot with two promising talents, Apoorva and Sindhu Sivaram, right here in the scenic Rock Castle, Hyderabad. The theme for the day was Bohemian, and though we had limited costume and jewelry options, the creativity and effort from the team truly brought the concept to life.

Despite the minimalist setup, we managed to capture some powerful and expressive shots. Both models gave their best, and by the end of the shoot, we walked away with a strong set of portfolio images that highlight their potential for both the modelling and movie industries.

Special thanks to Uma Praveen for handling makeup and styling—her work elevated the entire look and feel of the shoot. And of course, a shout-out to Pavan Chotu for assisting on set.

Successfully completed fashion photography workshop in Hyderabad which is held at Divya Retreat, On 11th October, all participant clicked amazing pictures. here you can see their works

On a cloudy day we all went to Divya retreat for fashion shoot, everything started well except power cut at the venue which troubled makeup women Uma to set hair styling, after completing theory part we all shot with model Sufi Khan on floral theme pics cam out extra ordinary not only for me for all participants as mentor i was very much happy with output (please have a look few pics attached in this post. 2nd change we shot with model manisha  with her dusky looks she added huge variation for the shoot, after lunch we sufi khan posed on a boat which is available in the lake of divya resort end of the day shooting with sufi in swimming pool was real fun even tho there is no enough light 🙂   that’s it from Hyderabad workshop now all set for Goa workshop which is scheduled on 13th November, it will be a great experience shooting in goan beaches.  am excited !!!
